Sounds of mighty spirit
Fills the world below
Howling in the shadows
Where nature's love will loom
Spirits that are many
Joined by sacred moon
Hear the quiet whispers
That fall upon the earth
Each a part of destiny
That comes in each rebirth
Mighty ancient whispers
On breezes now combined
Prayers that rise to heaven
With every star designed
Calm and peaceful moment
Will ease the weary soul
Spirits greatest moments
In life they will console.

even though their packs
are highly organized.

Wolves have long been regarded
by Native Americans as teachers or pathfinders.
Wolves are fiercely loyal to their mates
and have a very strong sense of family
while maintaining individualism.

thought by many aborignal tribes to be
the home of the Ancients.
It seems to be through this connection
that the Wolf has come to be associated
with ancient teachings.
